1. When will my order be mailed?

  • Order Processing Please keep in mind that my items are handmade and not mass produced.  In the event an item has sold out and not available and you have purchased a sold out item, a substitute will be sent out to complete your order.  Order Processing is approximately 7-10 days.  In most cases, it is normally 3-5 days.

  • Priority Handling
  • Rush my order! 48 hour turnaround (excluding Weekends and Holidays) Select optional RUSH handling by clicking on the box below next to Add Priority Handling. A 25% priority handling charge will be added to your total after you click continue. Please note this is priority handling for processing not shipping.

2.  What types of payment do you accept?

  • Acceptable forms of Payment:  I am sorry but I am unable to accept check any longer.  If you have chosen Money Order.  Your order will not be processed until your Money Order has been received and processed thru the Post Office.  Money Orders are only accepted from United States Post Office.

    • Why use PayPal?
    •  Use your credit card online without exposing your card number to merchants. Speed through checkout. No need to enter your card number or address.
  • If you have chosen COD.  This option is only available to those that are working on the jobsite with my husband (Safety Ralph).  For this option, you must have your Company Name and your Job Title in your Customer Contact Information.

  • At this time I am unable to process Credit Card Payments.  But...You can use your Credit Card by selecting Paypal (as a form of payment).  Don't have a PayPal account?
    Use your credit card or bank account (where available).

4.  When will I receive my order?

  • Shipping
    • I prefer to use United States Postal Service
      • First-Class Mail (2 - 5 days)
      • Priority Mail (2 - 3 days)
      • Parcel Post (4 - 7 days)
      • Express Mail (1 - 2 days)
      • These show the number of days that the Post Office expects you to receive your order after I have shipped it.

5.  Can I purchase Insurance for my order?

  • Shipping Insurance

    Protect your order against shipping loss or damage with insurance. Check the box below to add optional shipping insurance. The amount shown will be added to your total after you click continue:

6.  I am looking for a specific Fabric not listed on your website.

If you are looking for a specific Fabric or design not listed in my selections. please do not hesitate to contact me at Contact Us and let me know what you are looking for.  I am always happy to locate additional fabrics for my customers.
